Parents,
The sponsorship sheets and the call script went home today in the green folder. The students practiced using the call script in class today. You may want to have them practice a few more times before they call potential sponsors to help them feel a little more confident. When a sponsor pledges to support your child in the run-a-thon please copy and paste the email below and send it to them. All payments will be made by Friday, May 31, on our campaign page hosted by charity: water. Please USE the subject line: Sponsor _______ {insert child's name} Run-a-thon. Example Subject Line: Sponsor Sekai's Run-a-thon Please read all of the information in the packet tonight. If you have any questions please email me. Thanks, Ms. Queenie ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear________________, We've been studying the concept of GREED and Natural RESOURCES. In our study we learned that 800 million people around the world don't have access to clean, safe drinking water, and we’re doing something about it. Help us raise $550 by June 7, 2013. Donate to our campaign here: http://mycharitywater.org/primarynvla What's really cool about charity: water is that 100% of the money we raise will directly fund water project costs in the field, and they'll prove every single dollar. When the project we help fund is complete, they'll send us a digital completion report with GPS coordinates and photos of the community we helped. Every little bit counts, so click here to donate to our campaign. Thank you for your support, The Primary Class at New Village Leadership Academy occupation- a person's job or career
